1.1. Scope of Services Blowers SWS requires a supplier (or suppliers) capable of delivering supply & installation, full inspection, servicing, and overhaul of our complete blower fleet—including rotary, side channel, lobe, centrifugal, vane, screw, and turbo technologies—across all supported manufacturers. The supplier must provide OEM‑standard maintenance, guaranteed access to genuine OEM parts, and 24/7/365 breakdown and technical support. In addition, the supplier must provide demonstrated availability of suitably qualified UK‑based turbo blower engineers to support our fleet of 40 turbo blowers, with evidence of competence, geographical coverage, OEM alignment, and resilience. The supplier must also maintain the specialist tools, diagnostics, and calibrated equipment necessary to service all blower types to required standards. A further requirement is the capability to implement condition‑based remote monitoring, including real‑time performance tracking, fault detection, vibration and temperature monitoring, remote diagnostics, and automated alerts. This is needed to improve asset reliability, support predictive maintenance, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen operational continuity across the blower fleet.
