Description : Bickleigh Parish Council invite you to submit a TENDER for the design, installation and handover of the new MEP services as per the below and supporting information.General Scope of works to be completed:Upgrade as required plantroom equipment excluding pipework unless it is deemed not fit for purpose. (note existing boilers to be retained)The existing building management system will be upgraded with a new control panel which will control the existing AHU within the hall along with the new plant and heating zone valves. Areas to have suitable space temperature sensors, all TRV's to be removed as there will be no requirement for them.Removal of all electric radiators and replacement with a suitably sized panel radiator.A new touch screen control panel located behind the reception desk which will allow for the Woolwell Centre team to control the building in zones, rather than having to activate the entire system.12 month defects liability... - Documents :
