Description : Notice SummaryEarly engagement Notice in order to test the market and obtain expressions of interest in the balustrade enclosure works to the Beacon of Light School. The scheme will be procured and deliveredas part of the DfE's Free School programme and procured via a design and build route. Works involve infill above balustrade to further secure and enclose balcony spaces through a combination of glazing and mesh. The contractor would also be responsible for all surveys, statutory compliance, including but not limited to Building Control and Fire regulations. integration with existing systems, staff training as appropriate and health & safety/CDM matters.DescriptionThe project is to enhance the safety of users within the Beacon of Light School and wider Beacon of Light Centre.
