- Midland Heart require a solution to our current Back Up and Disaster Recovery provisions. The vision is for Backup as a Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) that will provide Midland Heart with supported managed services, scalability, predicable costs and the flexibility to allow self-control where necessary for low-risk recovery, testing and DR invocation authorisation. Midland Heart requires an updated service that aligns with cloud-native principles, zero trust networking and evolving enterprise integration patterns. We wish to work with suppliers to understand the possibilities available to us to meet these requirements and achieve our business goals.
