- This procurement is concerned with the procurement of specialist services for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Extract Ducting (HVAC) Servicing and Repairs. It is being run as a mini competition to suppliers appointed to the Scotland Excel framework for Property Maintenance and Refurbishment, reference 1821.This is the second version of this mini-competition, the first one was cancelled and the specification has been revised with the biggest change being the removal of Kitchen Canopies from the requirement.
