- The Council will be running a mini competition under Lot 1 of the Scotland Excel Framework for the Supply & Delivery of Heavy & Municipal Vehicles 03/21 for four gritter chassis and optional bodies. The Council may purchase some or no bodies. The Chassis suppliers will be required to seek prices from any or all of the body builders under Lot 9 of the framework - suppliers are noted within Appendix 2 for reference.Full technical specifications are detailed in the Mini-Comp Document.
