Description : The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the establishment of a single-lot framework agreement to support Lancaster University with small scale AV Events on site and in City of Lancaster region. Secondly, either alternatively or jointly, inviting response to provide small scale AV installs on site. Framework Operation The framework will contain a number of suppliers. This will be dependent on the number and quality of suitable applicants to be a part of this framework. Any framework awarded will start on or around 8th May 2023. The framework will run for an initial period of 4 years, this will be subject to annual reviews and successful performance by the supplier. All appointments to the framework will be reviewed both annually and on completion of each project. Appointment to the framework will not guarantee work. It is envisaged that any work package released will be awarded as follows: 1. An email will be sent to framework suppliers outlining the type of work and the dates/timescales for completion. 2.
