Asc004 Deputyship Money Management System And Associated Services
The Council is seeking to procure a Deputyship Money Management System which will provide a mechanism to enable users to record and maintain individual clients- financial and property affairs. The following are within the scope of this procurement:
• Implementation.
• Project Management.
• Migration.
• Installation and configuration of the Solution and infrastructure.
• A secure Solution/Service.
• Software.
• Licensing.
• Scalability.
• Knowledge, training and skills transfer as required to allow the Council to use, administer, develop and support the Solution.
• An effective support and maintenance service including upgrades, patches, minor fixes and changes to the Solution.
• Standard and bespoke reporting.
• Monitoring.
• Account management; and
• Future development opportunities within the scope of this tender to allow the Council to take advantage of any developments in this area of work which may assist in improving operational performance. Any associated costs must be included in Appendix A - Price Schedule.
