Description : Kempsey Parish Council (KPC) intends to appoint a firm of architects to take a concept design through RIBA stage 2 (Concept Design), RIBA stage 3 (Spatial Coordination) and RIBA stage 4 (Technical Design) in connection with the Council's development of a new Community & Sports Centre at Pixham Ferry Lane, Kempsey, Worcester. A tender pack giving the tender requirements and including a concept design, site details and a constraints list will be available from the Parish Office to those who express an interest in tendering for the project.
