Description : WSMTC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified companies to undertake maintenance works at various WSMTC open spaces and sites in WSM, the contract will be for an initial 3-year term with the ability to extend by a further two years by agreement. The contractor will need to have proven and demonstrable experience in similar projects and the wide-ranging skill bases to achieve the various elements of the contract which include management of tree stock, overseeing appointed contractors for all tree works, production of surveys and management plans to include annual reviews and administer the necessary legislative process for all tree works (noting the town is also in a conservation area).Contractors from whom WSMTC procure goods and services must demonstrate that all practicable steps are being taken to allow equal access and equal treatment in employment and service delivery, as appropriate to the nature of the contract.
