- Tenders are invited for • The project is to redevelop approx. 6.6 ha of agricultural land adjacent to the existing Mid Ulster Sports Arena ( MUSA ) facility and will require land modelling to facilitate the following o new 8-lane running track, including spectator viewing area, o Artificial pitch ( 3G or similar ), within the confines of the running track o lighting columns, to pitch and running track o hard and soft landscaping o ancillary equipment, street furniture, signage etc • It is anticipated that the successful Contractor will be appointed April/May 2024. Construction period will be approx. 35 weeks.
