Tenders are invited for The project is for the provision of the proposed delivery of social housing units by means of a Land, Design and Build contract(s) / agreement, where the developer(s) provide the land, construct and complete development schemes for North Belfast Housing Association trading as NB Housing in accordance with the Department for Communities (DfC) Housing Association Guide, Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. The programme for provision of the Employers Agent service is approximately 30 months. However, this is dependent on the developer(s) proposals.
