Tenders are invited for The Contract is for the appointment of a Design Team to deliver a scheme within the Derry and Strabane Council area. The scheme is for the delivery of a 4No dwellings at a pre-existing area located at Moyglass Place, Strathfoyle. The schemes are programmed for a start in the 2024/25 programme year.
