Description : The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust wish to appoint a Clerk of works required to commence from the 3rd January 2022. We require Building, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, working 3 days a week. The project is a major £24m expansion of Emergency department at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Wonford site. The scheme was let to Morgan Sindall under a NEC contract commencing October 2020, managed with NEC PM and Supervisors, with a planned programme to complete by the end of March 2023.
