We want to commission support to analyse answers received in response to both publications - consisting of both closed and open questions with 'free text'. Responses need to be analysed while the consultations are live - as the responses come in. The successful bidder will then have a further 4 weeks after these publications close to finish analysing the responses and produce a final...
