Description : Re-opening of the Flexible Procurement System (FPS).Trafford Council and STAR Partner Authorities are looking to procure a Flexible Procurement System for Alternative Provision services.The FPS will run initially from 1st December 2020 to 31st December 2022 with an option to extend on annual basis until 31st December 2024.
