Description:
Liverpool City Council will shortly be going to market to recommission our All-Age Carers
Service for Liverpool. The services to be procured will offer support to carers of all ages in Liverpool, assist the council in meeting our duties under the Care Act 2014 and the
Children and Families Act 2014 and be aligned to our Vision for carers in Liverpool and
the Strategic Ambitions as outlined in Liverpool's All-Age Carers Strategy 2025-30.

Recommissioning will focus on modern, strength-based, preventative approaches that
utilises ways of working that harnesses coproduction, streamlines pathways, delivers
flexible, accessible services for carers of all ages, prevents carer breakdown and
embraces advancements in technology.
