  • Air Source Heat Pump - Supply, Install And Maintain - Bishop Auckland Station
    We require installation of an air to water Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system at Bishop Auckland ambulance station, including a Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) radiator system for space heating. The existing heating system will need to be removed prior to installation. A site survey may need to be carried out prior to installation to carry out a risk assessment. Proposed scope of works: - Decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing heating system and hot water plant. - Installation of new (Mitsubishi) ASHP. - Installation of new domestic hot water cylinder and plant. - Installation of new LTHW radiators and pipework system. - Associated electrical works. - Testing and commissioning of ASHP system - Renewable Heat Incentive implementation. - Builders Works / Redecoration to affected surfaces. - Operation and maintenance manuals. - Minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee and additional 4 years maintenance plan for installed system.
