Air Conditioning System Servicing & Maintenance Contract
Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for its Air Conditioning System Servicing & Maintenance Contract.This contract shall encompass the preventative and reactive maintenance for Air Conditioning Systems in properties under the control of Worcester City Council. The maintenance shall be carried out following the guidance set by in the F Gas Statutory Inspection Requirements.The term of contract is from 1st April 2023 to the 31st March 2026 with an option to extend for a further period of two years (3+2).
