Description : Hook Parish Council invites expressions of interest from Registered and /or Chartered Architects, who have appropriate RIBA qualifications and live within 25 mile radius of the site RG27 9EQ , to act as Lead Consultant on an exciting new-build project in Hook, Hampshire .The Project The provision of a new multi-purpose pavilion with independent changing facilities for the playing fields on a site north east of Hook. Also, the provision of another new building that will be joined to the pavilion and required to accommodate workshops, material store and other facilities required by the Hook Shed. The combined buildings will have some shared facilities such as toilets and as an initial guide the floor area of the pavilion part is proposed to be approx. 450 m2 and the floor area of the Hook Shed part is proposed to be approx. 130 m2.The Council requires a contemporary design for the pavilion and associated facilities which satisfies the planning and technical guidelines set out by the RFA and Sports Council England.
