Description : The Ad: Venture programme, provides ERDF funded growth support to pre-start, start-up and young business in their first three years of trading in the Leeds City Region and is part funded by European Regional Development Funding. This is a call for the provision of consultancy support to the Ad: Venture programme for a review of the main grants service. Additionally the consultant will examine the wider programme's inclusivity
