- A Trauma-Informed And Therapeutic Approach To Behaviour For All Educational Settings And Wider Stakeholders
Procurement of training package, delivery and consultancy that supports educational settings with developing a therapeutic approach to behaviour. This training will be used in a cascade model, so that trained staff go back into their schools to deliver to all staff. The training and delivery need to promote the inseparable link between teaching, learning and behaviour. This training will aim to:
• improve staff confidence and safety
• support the inclusion of those with difficult or dangerous behaviours
• reduce and eliminate exclusions
• establish a consistent system of analysis and planning which enables behaviour progression
• support Senior Leadership Teams in the development of quality policy and planning
