Description:
This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest (Expressions of interest) can be registered here, and which will then allow a Request for Information (RFI) survey to be completed as detailed below (THE RFI RESPONSE DEADLINE IS 09/06/2025, although the Expression of interest window may be kept open beyond this date).

ESPO are conducting a scoping exercise with the intention of establishing a framework for property, building, and infrastructure advice and management services including, but not limited to, project management, energy management, cost management, construction consultancy services, and general or technical building/construction advice.

The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 2 years (24 months), with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (24 months). The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
