Description:
Project Description: The City of London Corporation is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary professional services team comprising an Architect and Design Team Leader, Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineer, Project Manager / Employer`s Agent, and Cost Consultant to deliver the CAT A refurbishment of 20-21 Aldermanbury, a Grade II listed office building in the City of London. The appointments will cover feasibility, concept and technical design across RIBA Stages 1-4; planning and Listed Building Consent support; preparation of Employer`s Requirements for a Design and Build procurement route; and continuing client-side Technical Advisor, contract administration and cost management roles through construction, commissioning, handover and post-completion. The consultant team will deliver BIM in accordance with ISO 19650, support the Authority`s sustainability and Net Zero objectives, coordinate closely across disciplines, manage statutory approvals and stakeholders, and ensure robust control of quality, cost, programme and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
