All tendering contractors are to have an office /workshop base located no more than one hour away for the purpose of emergency call-outs. N.B The contractor-s office administration centre / workshop is not to be a postal box address. The local authority will be (if required) permitted to verify the validity of contractors office /workshop premises prior to the contractor being appointed and the travelling time distance to the site.
