Description : Provision of Consultancy Training and Cost Benchmarking Service for NHS AGEM CSU. Arden GEM CSU is an established healthcare organisation with a mission to deliver innovative and transformational solutions that makes a difference to the nation's health and wellbeing. We provide Integrated Care Boards with external support, specialist skills and knowledge to support them in their role as commissioners by providing services for e.g. Clinical procurement, Business Intelligence services.PbR knowledge is identified as a developmental requirement for the wider directorate. The NHS acute contract and payment rules are a highly specialised, complex and ever evolving area. It is a service area which the CSU provides to ICBs and NHS England Commissioning Hubs via various service lines, most significantly through the Business Intelligence Service.
