Description : Refurbishment works to 101 Myddleton Road for community pub/restaurant use.Structural, MEP and architectural refurbishment to enhanced shell standard. Works include: Some remaining strip-out, new structural opening, steel column to enable removal of a masonry pier and new steel beams to support area of floor above. Enhancement of some existing roof members and forming of opening for a rooflight. Two air-source heat pumps, 3-phase power circuits and consumer unit (3-phase supply arrangements by others), sockets and light fixtures. Some below-ground drainage and hot and cold water (electric boiler).
