Following on from last year-s supplier engagement workshop, we are reviewing whether our strategy is appropriate in view of current market conditions.
The RFI will focus on how the market views the proposed procurement strategy, the capacity and capability in the market and potential bidding models to deliver the work packages.
Your feedback will help inform Network Rail how best to deliver potential procurement events in the future.
