Beccles Quay car park is a gravelled car park off Fen Lane, Beccles, NR34 9BB. Access is via a private road, also owned by the Trust. The car park is 1977sq m (although this includes the spaces for motorhomes). The car park does not have individually marked spaces but c60-65 cars can park at same time.
The parking charges are: 8am to 6pm:
•First hour: FREE
•Up to 2 hours: £1
•Up to 3 hours: £1.50
•Up to 4 hours: £2.50
•Up to 5 hours: £3
•All day: £4.50
6pm to 8am: free.
Charges are reviewed annually.
Income from the car park for 2024-25 was £25,824.

(NB The car park includes an area to park 5 motorhomes. This part of the car park is excluded from this contract, as we will have separate arrangements. However, we will expect the successful bidder to co-operate with the motorhome provider to ensure that inappropriate charges are not levied).

Our requirements
•Payment facilities: minimum: machine for cash payment, alongside a nationally recognised payment app (Ringo, PayByPhone, JustPark, APCOA Connect or Appyway). The app must be able to register a period of free parking. The option to pay by card as well as cash on the payment machine is highly desirable.
•Signage, both to indicate how to pay and to ensure that any PCNs issued are enforceable.
•Ability for us to suspend PCNs a specified number of times per year to facilitate events on the Quay field.

Project Description: CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF A NEUROPHYSIOLOGY SERVICE TO DEFENCE MEDICAL REHABILITATION CENTRE (DMRC) The Authority has a requirement for the provision of a neurophysiology service across Defence rehabilitation. The requirement is for up to 30 tests per annum but must be able to surge to 50 if required. This will be performed using an agreed referral proforma via an online electronic health record (EHR) web portal (e.g. Cerner, EPIC), email or paper based. The Supplier shall provide: a. An appointment within 5 working days of the request being received from the Authority. b. The appointments within 20 working days of the referral being received. c. Test and interpret the results within 1 working day of the test results (findings) being made available. d. Provide the findings back within 5 working days of the investigation. The range of neurophysiology investigations include: a. EEG b. EMG c. NCS d. Visual evoked potentials (VEPs) e. Auditory evoked potentials (AEPs) This is a framework agreement and therefore no business is guaranteed from the Authority. Cyber Security: The MoD has a duty to protect itself from Cyber threats and now we extend this to Suppliers we engage with. As an extension of the Government`s Cyber Essentials Scheme the MoD, working together with Industry and other Government Departments, have developed a more robust Cyber Security Model, under the umbrella of the Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP). All prime contractors must have the cyber security controls specified in DEF Stan 05-138 (Cyber Security for Defence Suppliers), as appropriate to the cyber risk level specified in the contract. The Authority has determined the level of risk at High (Reference: RAR-190079089) as defined in DEF Stan 05-138.
